Wren and Hadley is operated by PULSEAUDIO LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Wren and Hadley"), with a registered address at 1610 R Street, Sacramento, CA 95811. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of wrenandhadley.com (the "Site") and any products, content, or services we offer through it.

By visiting our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the Site.

Wren and Hadley is an online fashion boutique offering curated women's apparel. These Terms define the rights and responsibilities of both Wren and Hadley and our customers in connection with the Site, and they replace any prior agreement unless we've separately agreed to something in writing.

Our store runs on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform behind our Services.

21. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.

To begin a return, email help@wrenandhadley.com with your order number and reason for return.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item, issued to your original payment method. We don't charge restocking fees.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at help@wrenandhadley.com — we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
