30 Days to Decide
You've got 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Didn't love the fit, or just changed your mind? Either way, we'll take care of you.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Still attached to its original tags, with packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your confirmation email is all you need)

Ready to start? Email us at help@wrenandhadley.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll walk you through the next steps.

Refunds, Handled Quickly
Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we'll issue your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method — with a confirmation email once it's done.

A Few Things to Know

  • All orders ship free — returns don't change that, and we never charge restocking fees
  • For change-of-mind returns or size exchanges, return shipping is covered by the customer

Received Something Damaged or Wrong?
That's on us — email help@wrenandhadley.com right away with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll fix it immediately. No return shipping cost to you in these cases.
