We want getting dressed to feel effortless — starting with how your order gets to you. That's why every order from Wren and Hadley ships free, nationwide, with no minimum spend required.
Where We Deliver
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Wherever you are, we've got you covered.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed after business hours on Friday, or over the weekend, begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Estimate
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 6–10 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
Changed Your Mind?
If you need to cancel, email us right away at help@wrenandhadley.com. We can cancel orders that haven't shipped yet — once it's out the door, we're no longer able to stop it.
Tracking Your Package
A confirmation email with your tracking number lands in your inbox as soon as your order ships, so you always know where it is.
Order Running Late?
If your delivery window has passed and your order hasn't shown up, contact us with your order number and we'll get it sorted quickly.
